Free Download: A New Treatment for Depression

There are multiple ways in which depression can be treated, depending upon the severity, nature of the symptoms, and the characteristics of the patient. For example see my previous post here.

Professor Williams has co-developed a new treatment for anxiety, stress and depression called Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It is being used in the United Kingdom and is at least as effective as drugs at preventing new episodes of depression. This new approach utilizes mindfulness meditation in treatment.
